One of the best times for my daughter and even though we contacted last minute he was still available and kept the prize the same. Upon arrival he was very friendly made sure everything was well set up, he communicated with us quite well, the bouncy castle was in tip top shape no patches or dirty he made sure it was all functioning well before leaving us to it.
